4. Shipping and Delivery

- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days following your consultation.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, extreme weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the patient.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Payments: All fees for consultations and treatment plans are billed in USD and must be paid in full prior to the appointment or shipment of medicines.
- Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds: Due to the customized and sanitary nature of homeopathic medicines, all shipped remedies are non-refundable and non-returnable. If a package arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
